Easy Hummus

Serves 4

1 can garbanzo beans or chickpeas, drained & rinsed, save liquid
2 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp tahini (sesame paste)
2 Tbsp Lemon juice
2 Tbsp olive oil
Salt/pepper to taste

In food processor, place beans, garlic, tahini and lemon juice, process until smooth. Slowly add oil while processing. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve with warm pita bread, pita chips or vegetables.
